Holly is one of our youngest apprentices, having studied at Whitworth Park Academy and successfully passed her GCSE's in 2023.

With her eagerness to assist others and her love for learning, Holly applied to join our Customer Experience Academy, which is a partnership program with Whitworth Park Academy. The program is designed to help students who are interested in customer experience to develop skills and gain experience in a working environment. Holly is one of our Customer Service Apprentices and is currently studying towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

Her contribution to the team is highly valued. This role has brought her out of her shell and she has established strong bonds with her team, as well as with customers and tenants who contact us via telephone or digitally.
