Ellis Codd - Apprentice Joiner

Ellis knew when he left school that he wanted to do something practical and decided joinery and carpentry was the right career for him. He spent two years at college studying carpentry and joinery before becoming an apprentice with us.

As an apprentice joiner, he gets to work as part of a team and meets new people every day. One of the many things he loves about the job is being able to help tenants in their homes whilst developing his skills.

He completed his Level 2 which took 2 years and is looking forward to moving onto level 3.

“I like to see a job completed and to the tenant’s satisfaction and my apprenticeship is a great way to learn new skills and earn while learning on the job"
