Our Partners
We work with like-minded groups of people to be able to deliver our Plan A. Our community partners provide a lifeline to so many people in so many ways.
Jubilee Fields Community Centre
The community centre is located within the heart of the Jubilee Fields estate in Shildon. It has been in place for nearly 15 years and is a key provider of services on the estate. They are a key partner in the estate's stakeholder group as they cater to all ages and abilities. The centre and its management committee has had a recent ‘make-over’. Local companies including our partners Mears and global paint firm PPG have contributed to both its sustainability and internal decoration. Funding is being sought to allow the centre to be open longer hours to cater for the needs of the community.
Junction 7

Junction 7 can provide help with food parcels, emergency credit on gas and electric accounts, furniture packages and other practical help and support. They also signpost to other agencies as necessary, and raise alerts which they may identify, during the course of their assessments, which may pose a risk to their safety, or where it is clear that extra support is required.
