Our tenants expect to live in homes that are safe, warm, high quality and sustainable. We are committed to providing homes that are desirable and that our tenants are proud to live in. Our Providing Quality Sustainable Homes Strategy sets out three key objectives and nine key actions to deliver over the next three years.
We will provide choice and deliver accessible and responsive maintenance services to ensure homes are maintained to a standard which exceeds the needs and expectations of our tenants whilst ensuring our homes are fit for the future by improving energy efficiency and reducing the carbon emissions of our homes.

Objective 21: Provide homes that are safe, exceed the needs and meet the aspirations of our tenants
To do this we will :
+ Deliver an investment programme which provides tenants with choice and is focused on the areas which matter to them most
+ Maintain high levels of property compliance and building safety ensuring tenants feel safe in their home and have their views listened to and acted upon
+ Identify and act upon poorly performing properties and places to ensure that they remain in-demand sustainable assets in places people are proud to live
Objective 22: Improve the energy efficiency of our homes, to reduce carbon emissions and lower energy bills for tenants’ homes
To do this we will :
+ Deliver energy efficiency measures to existing homes so that 97% achieve EPC Band C by 2025
