Our teams have been busy wrapping presents ready to be delivered to families in time for Christmas Eve.
In partnership with Mears Group, we donated £1,500 to purchase over 70 presents for local families as part of the housing support we offer to our tenants.
Presents ranged from UEFA football sets, Hot Wheels, Crayola crayons, Lego, dolls, dinosaur and Minecraft playsets.
Spennymoor Mam said: "thank you very much this is a very lovely thing to do, me and my children really can’t thank you enough."
Shildon Dad said: "One happy little boy here. We would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at Livin. Merry Christmas to you all."
Sedgefield Mam said: "I cannot express how grateful I am for this kind gesture, it truly means a lot to us."
Helen Johnson, Livin Futures Manager said: "Helping these families has been a joy, and it's a great relief for the parents to have one less expense to worry about. We've carefully selected and spent £25 on presents for each child, hoping to bring them happiness on Christmas Day."
