Getting Involved
We believe the best way to improve our services is to work in collaboration with our tenants to gather first-hand experiences and views. We offer various ways for you to get involved in influencing and improving our services, no matter what amount of spare time you have.
We need your help
We think it is important to have a diverse tenant scrutiny group, representing tenants from all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. Whether you would prefer to participate in person or digitally, we are committed to making sure your voice is heard in any way that works for you.
Would you like to make a difference but aren’t sure what to do next? We would love to hear from you and by joining our Tenant Network, we can contact you when an opportunity aligns with your interests and availability.
Find out more about the levels of involvement by filling out our form, and we'll get back to you with more information.
Our tenant network
If you're short on time or may struggle to come to meetings on a regular basis, but would still like to share your views and experiences, you can still be involved by:
- Taking part in surveys or questionnaires
- Provide feedback on a new service or policy
- Be invited to take part in one of our focus group discussions (group sessions that explore tenant experiences, opinions and views across various topics)
Our network of involved tenants could be a great option for you to share your feedback and experiences.

Current opportunities to get involved
As with any of our services, it is important that we collect your thoughts about what we can do to improve services. We regularly send out satisfaction surveys to gather your views, but we also set up friendly focus group meetings where you can share your feedback and experiences across our services with our teams. Our upcoming opportunities to get involved are set out below. If you are interested in taking part, please click the link below to register your interest.
We listened, we acted
We asked tenants that had been involved in our Customer Voice Programme if they were satisfied that we had listened to their views and acted upon them. 96% tenants told us that we did. In the Tenant Satisfaction survey, carried out by an independent company, we asked tenants that had not necessarily been involved through formal engagement activities the same question. 83% of tenants answering the question told us that they thought we did.
You can find examples of service improvements we have made based on your voice, using the link below.

A membership with TPAS will give you a voice and means you will be provided with ongoing support and guidance on how to get involved or to lead activity in your community.
