After achieving his GCSE's at The Academy of Shotton Hall, Reece went to Durham Sixth Form to study  A levels in Mathematic Studies, Criminology, Law and TV/Film

Reece has a strong interest in problem solving and wanted to pursue a career that involved being creative with live projects. Along with like minded young learners, Reece was excited to hear of our higher level apprenticeship opportunity in our award-winning transformation team.

Having achieved high grades in his A Levels he successfully went on to complete his interview and joined our transformation team in August 2022 as a Process Improvement Analyst apprentice. The higher level apprenticeship gives him the opportunity to study for a fully funded BSc in Digital User Experience alongside working in his role.

Reece is excelling in every task, with his enthusiasm for digital project delivery and logical way of thinking already making an impact throughout the business.
